There will be a dedicated Rest Area  in the Wellcome Collection for anybody to use as a quiet and calm space. It will have comfy cushions and seats too. 

*** BSL performance + hosts / DH Ensemble

We are working with DH Ensemble to provide Sign Language Interpretation in British Sign Language for various performances at Wellcome Collection (see brochure/BSL logo), as well as 2x BSL/English support workers to support the desk and be on hand to aide any discussions between BSL users and English users.

More events in our programme will have added access in relation to the event’s nature.

VENUES

Camden People’s Theatre

The theatre and bar/cafe spaces are fully accessible to wheelchair users (with unreserved seating), and there is an accessible toilet. If you are a wheelchair user, please let the venue know at the time of booking, so they can ensure the best possible experience.

The Place

There is on-street parking for blue badge holders outside The Place, level access to the foyer and a lift to all floors. An induction loop is available at the Box Office and the theatre bar, and a Sennheiser infra-red system in the auditorium. Please let us know at point of booking if you’d like to bring your assistance animal in to the auditorium or if you would prefer someone to look after them during the performance. Free tickets are available to support workers.
