And if your artistic practice involves narrating experiences of your own health, illness or disability, the experience can be even more challenging. But how can we better look after ourselves at the Fringe?
Artist, anthropologist and meditation teacher, Daniel Baker from interdisciplinary studio Social Material, will present a series of practical do-it-yourself mindfulness techniques at the Edinburgh Fringe to help with focus, relaxation and managing stress.
