Keven Blake

Keven Blake

In Keven's teenage years he became a victim of the 1980s job (less) counter-revolution. After numerous college courses and short-term jobs, he found a full time job (a rarity, even in the 1990s) which kept him in money for 10 years, until the 1980s reappeared in his life dressed up as the twenty-first century. After finding himself doing agency work, he gained a Level 3 Counselling Skills qualification.

Keven is now a member of Takeoff (@takeoff_charity) which works with mental health service users, their carers and their families to improve lives. He is at Touchbase Care in Folkestone two afternoons a week, where he works in a creative and therapeutic environment with adults with various disabilities.
